Quickly, I was put into a car and taken to the doctor. He saw that my skull wasn’t cracked and stitched me up. I was lucky it wasn’t worse, and my parents were lucky that medical costs were very low then. After this the school council decided that the climbing gym was too dangerous and it was promptly removed from the playground.

Sometimes children are confronted with accidents and get badly injured. When a kid is faced with accidents, the liability is definitely that of the soul responsible for the negligence of safety.
